- Why is the label "count" zero, even though I have selected some of the names?
- Customers with a zero or credit balance, and ex-employees can be skipped.
- MWAR Labels: To include all customers, check the boxes labeled "Include Credit Balance Customers" and "Include Zero Balance Customers".
- MWPR Labels: To include all employees, check the box labeled "Include Ex-Employees".
- Why does a particular name not print, even though I have selected the name properly?
- Customers with a zero or credit balance, and ex-employees can be skipped.
- MWAR Labels: The customer has a zero balance and the "Include Zero Balance Customers" has not been checked or the customer has a credit balance and the "Include Credit Balance Customers" has not been checked.
- MWPR Labels: The employee is an "Ex-Employee", and the "Include Ex-Employees" box is not checked.
- Tell me about using MWLBL to manage a newsletter or other e-mail list.
- Starting with version 3.3, MWLBL has the capability to send e-mail messages to MWAR customers or names you manually enter. Send a sale announcement to any MWAR customer with an e-mail address and to "future" customers whose e-mail addresses you entered into MWLBL.
- Medlin is not a mail server program, your ISP must allow you to send SMTP mail messages.
