Medlin General Ledger
MWGL.CFG - Configuration File (company name, report settings etc.)
MWGL.COA - Chart of Accounts with beginning of year balances
MWGL.TRN - Current year transactions
*.REC - Bank reconciliation data
PRMWGL.* - Prior year data
NMWGL.* - Used to store current data when reviewing prior year data
Medlin Budgeting
MWBUDGET.CFG - Configuration file (printing options etc.)
MWBUDGET.DAT - Budgeted amounts
Medlin Accounts Payable
MWAP.CFG - Configuration file (company name, report settings etc.)
MWAP.VND - Vendor information
MWAP.INV - Current year checks and invoices
MWGL.COA - Chart of Accounts with beginning of year balances
MWAP.ACR - Accrual method adjustments (unpaid invoices)
MWAP.MEM - Additional Vendor data
PMWAP.* - Prior year data
Medlin Payroll
MWPR.CFG - Configuration file (company name, deductions etc.)
MWPR.EMP - Employee data
MWPR.PRC - Current year paychecks
MWPR.DDD - Direct Deposit information
