When requesting a sample disk (online form), once the request is processed, no record of your information is stored.

When placing an order (online form), your name, company name, address, e-mail address, and phone number are added to our customer database. To update your information, contact us. Our customer database is NOT stored online.

We use our customer database to inform customers of updates and to offer compatible forms (checks, tax forms, etc.). We do not sell our customer database for use by other companies.

We review out web site logs for internal purposes only.  No web site log information is sold or given to other companies.
