Select this option to create a file for submitting your quarterly wage information using the MT UI eServices for Employers system.

NOTES

•The file (MT-UI-YYYY-Q#.csv) is created using the 'CSV Format'.

•'YYYY' is the year.

•"#' is the quarter number.

•When using the 'Import Wage Data' process, be sure to select the desired file.

•Wages for employees marked as SUTA exempt are not included.

•If you need to include those marked as SUTA exempt, contact us via email.
